Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of ENSAMIO, offered by Rick Weegels in Weert. Last updated: 2026-10-17.

The service

ENSAMIO is a web app for choirs, bands and orchestras: schedule, attendance, sheet music, messages and files. An organisation creates an environment and invites members.

Account and administration

The administrator who creates an organisation is responsible for its members, content and permissions. Keep your login details secret.

Use

Do not use ENSAMIO for unlawful content, abuse, or to harm others or the service. Only share music and files you or your organisation have the rights to. We may block an environment in case of abuse.

Prices and payment

During the launch the Small plan is free. Paid plans come later; prices will then be on the website, per organisation. We announce changes to prices or plans in advance.

Once paid plans are available you can upgrade, downgrade and cancel at any time. The exact terms are shown when you subscribe.

Availability

ENSAMIO is under active development. We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Keep important files elsewhere as well.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as missed rehearsals or lost files. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous twelve months, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain.

Ending

You can have your account or organisation deleted at any time. We may end or change the service; if we end it you will have the chance to export your data.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
